Race #17 Rogers Raceway

A very close competitive day of Racing!! This is the first time I remember a tie for first place. Congrats to Lez and Henry for your great display of slot car racing! Lez and Henry each had two wins and Lez was the only racer of the day to finish on the podium in all four classes while Henry had fastest laps in all four classes. Rob’s extra points in the last two classes enabled him to pass Leo to finish third. Leo had a very strong start for the day with two second place finishes and in the end finished fourth. Henning, Dariusz and John finished within a point of each other but Henning’s strong performance in Nascar helped him finish fifth while Dariusz and John ended up in a tie for sixth. Race #16 Leadfoot Lanes

Congratulations to a great race performance by Leo winning two classes and finishing on the podium in all classes to finish 1st overall. Lez finished second and Rob third. John finishing second in Group C allowed him to jump over Matt to finish fourth overall. Matt had a convincing win in Early Wing F1 which enabled him to finish 5th overall even though he missed the Nascar race. Race #15 Tronson Model Speedway

It was a tight battle to the very end between Leo and Henry but in the end Leo finished first at Tronson Model Speedway by two points. John finished in third and Henning finished fourth. Race #14 MID-BC

Racing was fast and furious at MID-BC this past Sunday. Dariusz made a hard run at the MID-BC championship but fell just short. I’m sure Dariusz remembers where the missed opportunity was! Leo finished third to round off the podium but Don W finished so close behind by only three points. nother great turnout this past Sunday at Rogers Raceway. We thought the results at Predator Ridge a couple weeks ago were close but Sunday’s final results at Rogers Raceway were even closer. Congrats to Rob, Lez, and Henry….the podium was only two points apart total, never have seen it this close. What a great showing at Tronson this past Sunday! Eleven racers including newcomer Don K. who showed up to battle each other with a lot of tight racing. Wow that was close racing and you know what…….. it happened!!……Ken was dethroned, after seven years we have a new Predator Speedway Champion.
