Classic Le Mans VI

What a great time we all had running this year’s Le Mans! A lot of close racing throughout the day with many battles between racers. Overall combining the two era’s Rob finished first thanks to a really good run in the late era. Dariusz in second overall and Lez third overall battled all day and ended up only a lap and a half apart, it was just too close to call all the way! Team Mateo in fourth overall finished only two and a half laps ahead of fifth overall Henry. Don K in sixth only three laps in front of Ken in seventh. We did have a mechanical problem this year, John who was running very fast sitting in fourth after the early era had a guide wire break. The time to repair really cost him finishing in eight place. To note: The early era had the top three racers only a lap and a half apart while the late era had Lez and Dariusz finish seven segments apart!
