The MID-BC fuel pump in the pits was busy yesterday as the fuel consumption was turned up catching many drivers by surprise throughout the four races. Congrats to Rob, Henry, and Leo for finishing on the podium. Quite interestingly not one racer finished on the podium in all four classes, Leo came close in Group C finishing fourth only half a lap behind Matt. Matt finished in fourth with a very strong performance in Group C battling Lez all day who finished in fifth. Ken had the early lead on John but John’s strong performance in Group C allowed him to catch Ken and both racers finished tied for sixth. Henning finished in eight after John was able to pull away from him. Eleven racers arrived to challenge the Rogers Raceway for glory and wow the competition was fierce! We had the privilege of two new racers Dale G and Dale M to our racing, welcome guys! Dariusz was the only racer to finish on the podium in all four classes which allowed Dariusz to rocket to first place! Rob who was leading by one point after the first three classes opened the door for Dariusz to overtake him when Rob finished fourth in the Open class. Henry and Lez ended up in a third place tie due to Lez having a fantastic first place finish in the final race to catch Henry. Leo finished fifth overall just three points behind Henry and Lez. Henning finished in sixth overall by finishing sixth in every class. Don K finished 7th and battled with Matt all day to push Matt to 8th.
